Digital products

SITESWEEP sells downloadable Shopify themes and related digital files. No physical goods are returned.

Change-of-mind refunds

Once digital delivery has begun, a change-of-mind refund is generally not available where you expressly requested immediate performance, acknowledged that the withdrawal right would be lost and received the legally required contract confirmation. If these legal conditions have not been met, your statutory withdrawal rights remain available as described in our Withdrawal Right.

Missing, corrupted or non-conforming files

If the download link does not work, files are missing or corrupted, or the digital product is materially different from the agreed description, contact contact.sitesweep@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement download, correction, price reduction, refund or another remedy required by applicable law.

What is not included

Concept-store photography, third-party logos, brand assets, products, fonts, apps and campaign media shown in demonstrations are not part of the download unless the product page expressly states otherwise. Their absence is not a defect where this exclusion was disclosed before purchase.

Duplicate charges and unauthorized transactions

If you were charged twice for the same order or believe a transaction was unauthorized, contact us promptly. Verified duplicate charges will be corrected. Unauthorized-payment claims may also be handled by the relevant payment provider.

Before requesting support

Please include your order number, theme tier and version, Shopify store URL, device/browser and exact reproduction steps. Never email passwords, payment-card information or customer data.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not exclude statutory warranty, conformity or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
