Withdrawal Right — Digital Products

Last updated: 22 August 2026

Withdrawal information for consumers

This information applies to consumers purchasing digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium.

1. General withdrawal period

You generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content, the period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right, send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to:

Bucksea e.U., trading as SITESWEEP
Owner: Lukas Berghold
Schwanenweg 11
2514 Traiskirchen
Austria
Email: contact.sitesweep@gmail.com

It is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Loss of the withdrawal right for immediate digital delivery

For paid digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the withdrawal right is lost only when all legal requirements are met. In particular:

  • you expressly consent to performance beginning before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired;
  • you acknowledge that by giving this consent you lose the withdrawal right when performance begins;
  • we provide the required contract confirmation on a durable medium, including confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement; and
  • delivery of the digital content has begun.

If any required element is missing, the statutory withdrawal right remains available.

3. Effect of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement. Reimbursement will use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, and no reimbursement fee will be charged.

4. Model withdrawal form

You may use the following form, but it is not mandatory:

To Bucksea e.U., trading as SITESWEEP, Schwanenweg 11, 2514 Traiskirchen, Austria, email: contact.sitesweep@gmail.com

I/We hereby withdraw from the contract concluded for the purchase of the following digital content:

Order/product: ____________________
Ordered on: ____________________
Name of consumer(s): ____________________
Address of consumer(s): ____________________
Date: ____________________
Signature (only if submitted on paper): ____________________

5. Statutory conformity rights

The loss or expiry of the withdrawal right does not remove statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content.
