Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 August 2026
1. Seller and scope
These Terms of Service apply to purchases from Bucksea e.U., trading as SITESWEEP, owner Lukas Berghold, Schwanenweg 11, 2514 Traiskirchen, Austria, commercial register number FN 607819 b.
Contact: contact.sitesweep@gmail.com.
They apply to digital Shopify themes, theme packages, setup materials and other digital products offered through sitesweep.store. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Product information
The product page describes the included files, supported features and applicable theme tier. Demo stores and campaign media illustrate the design and experience. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, third-party brand names, logos, product photography, campaign imagery, fonts, apps, products and store data shown in a concept demo are not included in the downloadable product.
3. Order and contract formation
Product listings are invitations to place an order. By completing checkout, you submit a binding offer. A contract is formed when we accept the order by sending an order or delivery confirmation or by making the digital files available, whichever occurs first.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include or exclude taxes as indicated there. Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before digital delivery.
5. Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout or through a download link shown after payment. No physical item is shipped. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for safely storing the delivered files.
6. License
Unless the product page states otherwise, each theme purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the purchased theme on one Shopify store owned or controlled by the purchaser.
You may customize the theme for that licensed store. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, publish, copy for additional stores, offer as a competing template, remove or circumvent license controls, or represent the theme source code as your own product. A separate license is required for each additional store.
7. Customer responsibilities
You must use a compatible Shopify store, follow the included setup instructions, maintain backups and test customizations before publishing. You are responsible for your own product content, images, fonts, apps, legal texts, taxes, payment settings and regulatory compliance. Third-party apps or later platform changes may require additional configuration.
8. Updates and support
Where a product includes lifetime updates, this means compatibility and maintenance updates we make available for that purchased theme version while SITESWEEP continues to offer and maintain the product. It does not guarantee every future feature, redesign, custom development or support for third-party modifications.
Support covers reasonable installation and theme-related questions. Custom development, third-party apps, customer-written code and store administration are not included unless expressly agreed.
9. Intellectual property
All intellectual-property rights in the theme, source code, documentation, branding and original materials remain with Bucksea e.U. or the relevant licensors. The purchase transfers only the license described above, not ownership of the intellectual property.
10. Withdrawal and refunds
Consumer withdrawal rights for digital content are governed by applicable law and our Withdrawal Right. Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy. Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.
11. Availability and conformity
We aim to describe and deliver the digital product accurately. If files are missing, corrupted or materially different from the agreed description, contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide the remedies required by applicable law.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is prohibited, including liability for intentional conduct, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rules, we are not responsible for losses caused by unsupported third-party modifications, incompatible apps, incorrect installation, customer content, Shopify outages or use outside the documented purpose.
13. Governing law
Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice does not remove mandatory protections granted by the law of their habitual residence. Statutory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected.
14. Changes and severability
The Terms applicable at the time of the order govern that purchase. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
